SyncoMind Inc. ("SyncoMind," "we," "us," or "our") is a humanoid robotics commercialization company headquartered in New York, NY, with operations in New Jersey. We provide robotics hardware deployment, fleet management software (FleetOS), lifecycle services, and training programs (SyncoMind Academy) to commercial and enterprise customers across the New York Metro region and beyond.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website (syncomind.com and associated subdomains), contact us through our website forms, or interact with us in connection with our services. It also describes our practices with respect to operational data generated by robot fleets deployed at customer facilities.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Our commercial services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work, which contain additional data processing terms applicable to deployed systems.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, apply to our Academy program, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect:

• Name and job title
• Company or organization name
• Business email address and phone number
• Industry and inquiry type
• The content of your message or inquiry

Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:

• IP address and general geographic location (city/region level)
• Browser type and version, operating system, device type
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source
• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

Robot Operational Data

For customers with deployed robot fleets, SyncoMind's FleetOS platform may collect operational telemetry data as described in Section 4 below. This data is governed primarily by the applicable Master Services Agreement between SyncoMind and the customer.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries — to reply to your questions, requests, and contact form submissions in a timely manner
• Sales and business development — to follow up on requests for information about deployment services, FleetOS demos, partnerships, or Academy enrollment
• Service delivery — to provide, manage, and support the services you engage us for under a commercial agreement
• Product and service improvement — to understand how our website and services are used and to improve our offerings
• Marketing communications — to send information about SyncoMind services, case studies, and news that may be relevant to your business, where permitted by law and with appropriate opt-out mechanisms
• Legal and compliance obligations — to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, and enforce our agreements

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

4. Robot Operational Data

Robots deployed at customer facilities through SyncoMind's Hardware Access and FleetOS programs generate operational telemetry data in the course of performing tasks. This section describes our approach to that data.

What Operational Data Is

Operational data includes information such as: robot location within a facility, task completion logs, battery levels, sensor readings, error and maintenance events, and performance metrics. This data is used to operate, monitor, and improve the robot fleet and the FleetOS platform.

Anonymization and On-Device Processing

Where technically feasible, AGIBOT hardware is designed to process sensor data on-device, minimizing transmission of raw sensory input. Operational telemetry transmitted to FleetOS is processed at the facility and system level, not linked to individual persons. SyncoMind does not collect, retain, or process personal biometric data — including facial recognition data, voiceprints, or similar biometric identifiers — through its standard commercial deployment configurations.

Customer Data Ownership

Operational data generated at a customer's facility is owned by the customer. SyncoMind processes such data as a service provider under the terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement, which includes data processing addenda covering applicable legal requirements.

Aggregate Platform Data

SyncoMind may use anonymized, aggregated operational data — from which no individual customer, facility, or person can be identified — to improve FleetOS, develop new services, and generate industry benchmarks. This use is disclosed in our commercial agreements.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers — companies that perform services on our behalf (email hosting, CRM, analytics, cloud infrastructure) under confidentiality and data processing agreements that restrict their use of your information
• AGIBOT and distribution partners — where required to fulfill a hardware order or deployment engagement; governed by applicable commercial agreements
• Legal and regulatory authorities — when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SyncoMind, our customers, or the public
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations and with notice to affected individuals where required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal or business requirements.

• Website inquiry and contact form data — retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission, or longer if an active business relationship continues
• Commercial customer data — retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus such additional period as required by applicable law or our agreements
• Robot operational data — retained per the terms of the applicable Master Services Agreement; typically aligned with the service contract term plus any legal retention requirements
• Website analytics data — retained per the data retention settings of our analytics provider (typically 26 months for aggregated data)

When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data lifecycle procedures.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

• Access — the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete personal information be corrected
• Deletion — the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations
• Objection / Restriction — the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing activities
• Portability — the right to receive personal information in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible
• Opt-out of marketing — the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message or by contacting us directly
