About
SyncoMind

We're not building robots. We're building the infrastructure that makes them work.

Mission

The bottleneck isn't hardware. It's everything that comes after.

Humanoid robots capable of commercial work now exist. AGIBOT shipped 5,168 units in 2025. The hardware is here. What's missing — and what has always been missing in every technology transition — is the commercial infrastructure that makes it deployable at scale.

SyncoMind is that infrastructure. The service model that makes a monthly subscription viable. The software layer that connects robots to existing enterprise systems. The data pipeline that makes each deployment smarter than the last. The training network that certifies the people who operate and maintain them. The maintenance organization that ensures a robot purchased or leased today is still running correctly in year three.

While others compete on hardware specifications, SyncoMind competes on deployment. Hardware is commoditizing. Deployment capability is not.

  • RaaS subscription model — capital expenditure becomes an operating line
  • FleetOS software layer connecting robots to existing enterprise stacks
  • Embodied AI data pipeline feeding back to model improvement
  • Lifecycle services: maintenance, repair, upgrade, and replacement
  • SyncoMind Academy: certified operators and technicians across NY Metro
  • NJ assembly and service center — 14-day typical time from contract to live
Why New York

The highest labor costs. The densest target market. The right place to start.

New York City has a $17/hr minimum wage and the highest concentration of retail, hospitality, logistics, and corporate facilities of any city in North America. The economics of humanoid robot deployment are most favorable where human labor costs are highest.

The economics of humanoid robot deployment are most favorable where human labor costs are highest. The density of deployment opportunities is greatest where industries are concentrated. New York is both, simultaneously, at a scale no other US city matches.

SyncoMind is headquartered in New York because New York is where the first wave of commercial humanoid deployments will happen. We intend to be the platform that enables them.

The AGIBOT Partnership

The world's leading humanoid manufacturer. Exclusively deployed in New York Metro by SyncoMind.

AGIBOT shipped 5,168 units in 2025 — more than any other humanoid robotics manufacturer on the planet, representing approximately 39% global market share. No other manufacturer is operating at this volume, at this price point, with this level of proven field deployment.

SyncoMind is AGIBOT's commercialization partner for the New York Metro area. That means access to the full AGIBOT hardware lineup — A2 Ultra, A2 Lite, and G2 — with pre-deployment configuration at our New Jersey facility, local maintenance support, and the commercial and contractual infrastructure that makes a multi-unit deployment operationally viable for any enterprise customer.

New Jersey Operations

Assembly and service, Metro New York proximity.

SyncoMind's New Jersey facility is the operational backbone of every deployment in the New York Metro area. Robots arrive from AGIBOT and are pre-configured for each client's specific environment before delivery — spatial mapping loaded, task parameters set, WMS or POS integrations tested. When a client signs a contract, the robot that arrives at their facility is already calibrated for their floor.

The same facility handles ongoing maintenance, repair, and replacement. Preventive maintenance runs on a fixed schedule — robots are serviced proactively, not reactively. When a unit requires more than on-site service can address, the NJ facility provides rapid turnaround with a replacement unit dispatched to maintain deployment continuity.

The Five Pillars

Not one product. A full commercial stack.

SyncoMind is built across five interconnected capabilities — each one necessary, none sufficient on its own. Together they form a commercialization platform that a hardware manufacturer cannot replicate and a traditional integrator cannot match.

01
Flexible deployment models — RaaS subscription, lease-to-own, and enterprise fleet — backed by AGIBOT hardware and configured at our NJ facility. No capital barrier to getting started.
02
The software layer that connects robots to enterprise systems — WMS, POS, BMS, and security platforms — through a standard REST API. Unified fleet management, real-time reporting, and remote diagnostics.
03
Every deployment generates structured operational data. SyncoMind's data pipeline feeds anonymized behavioral and task data back into model training — making each robot smarter and each new deployment faster to configure.
04
Preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrade management across the full deployment lifespan. The NJ facility supports rapid turnaround with replacement units dispatched to maintain continuity when a unit requires off-site service.
05
SyncoMind Academy trains and certifies the human workforce that operates and maintains humanoid robots across NY Metro. Operator certification, technician programs, and employer partnerships that build the talent pipeline the industry requires.
No hype. Just deployment. Real environments. Real workflows. Real results.
